We were asked to deliver four large dwellings surrounded by established woodland and picturesque farmland. Quality finishes, a strong environmental strategy and a contextual response were high on the agenda from the outset.

Throughout construction we placed huge importance on the quality of the detail. We worked closely with the specialist timber frame subcontractor to develop the proposals with high attention to form and proportions.

The bespoke dwellings have been designed with a commitment to produce energy efficient and sustainable homes. Built with thermally efficient, low carbon construction techniques such as high performing insulation, as well as utilising modern methods of construction with excellent air tightness. All of which reduce the heatloss through the fabric of the building meaning the buildings require less energy to run. In conjunction with this, the dwellings have been installed with highly energy efficient and low-polluting air-source heat pumps to supply heating throughout the homes.
