We worked as the delivery architect on the erection of 7 new build houses, designed by Pearce Bottomley, within the grounds of a Grade II* Listed, Spenfield House, Far Headingley, Leeds.

Our role focused on the detailed delivery of the new-build houses; working hand-in-hand with the contractor throughout the construction phase. The practice was fully involved in the technical design and delivery of the dwellings including the off-site, timber frame and its co-ordination during erection.

The contemporary dwellings are formed from ashlar sandstone elevations under a zinc upper floor. The project plays on our ability to work with historic, complex sites and buildings in a sensitive manner throughout the construction phase.
